Phil Cushmaro has over 35 years of financial services and investment technology management experience. Prior to founding Rebar, Phil served as the Chief Information Officer of Credit Suisse's Global Investment Bank and was a member of the investment bank's operating committee and executive board. Phil's previous experience includes various leadership roles at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Concurrent Computer Corp, SONY Medical, and Aqua Products. Phil received his ME from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and his EE from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Richard Pike Chief Architect
Richard Pike has a 25 year record of successfully architecting and building high performance trading platforms. Prior to co-founding Rebar, Richard worked within the Systematic Trading Group at Tudor Investments where he was responsible for designing and developing the firm's execution management platforms. Richard's previous experience includes Barclays Capital, Glacis Capital Management, and Credit Suisse. Richard received his BSc in Computer Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
Adam Striffler COO & CFO
Adam has over 20 years of capital markets and trading technology experience. Prior to joining Rebar, Adam ran sales and broker relations for REDI Global Technologies. Prior to REDI, Adam held various sales and trading, product development, and merchant banking positions at Goldman Sachs, Robertson Stephens and Pioneer Investments. Adam earned his MBA and MS in Finance degrees from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. He earned his BA in Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University.
Michael Bilotti CTO
Michael Bilotti has over 25 years of experience in financial services, information technology and consulting. Prior to joining Rebar, Michael spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank holding numerous leadership roles including Head of Global Cash Equities IT and Global Head of Interest Rates Technology. His previous experience includes Deloitte, Capco and JP Morgan. Mike received his BS in Information Studies from Syracuse University.
